The 49ers announced today that they’ve signed 35-year-old outside linebacker Clark Haggans to a one-year contract. He will take Parys Haralson’s roster spot, because Haralson was placed on the Injured Reserve list this afternoon.
Haralson seemed to injure his left …
Extra Point:The 49ers gambled with 3 OLB's, and by not making it a huge priority in this year's draft, now with an injury to Haralson the team is left struggling to find depth. Haggans could miss time due to suspension as well - so what do the 49ers do in that case? My guess is they will continue to look for someone that can step in and assist in the position and that Haggans is not the end of the story.
