Jennings is among the best long snappers I have ever seen. I found his quote about changes in coaching staff very interesting:" We've had great individual coaches in one or two phases, like Norv Turner, but this is the strongest staff I've been around in all three phases," Jennings said. "We're also very strong in game management, adjustments during games, situational football - particularly decisions in the fourth quarter." In other words, this is the complete package, and those other coaches were not able to assemble a package like that.
