More info on Harbaugh being ok with the longer release. Really, and this article highlights this, the key ir more the speed of release than the length of it. Kaepernick's intelligence is something I haven't mentioned yet, but it may help pick up the offense in a shorter season ... and he may be able to feed of Alex Smith who is also very intelligent.
