Extra Point:
Some concern over Ray MacDonald obviously, but the extra week to get the team healthy could prove very important heading into the playoffs. This was a big win to keep New Orleans in check, and continue to control their own destiny. The 49ers got a taste of what happens when you let up even a little bit - and so I don't anticipate them getting anywhere near complacent in the playoffs. If the Rams can scare you in the 4th quarter - any of the playoffs teams most certainly can.
