49ers camp report: Both sides of ball work on read option

With several marquee matchups against read option offenses this season, the 49ers' defense is seeing plenty of read option plays during camp.

Although the 49ers will have to be able to defend the read option, they have a couple of challenges around doing so... 1) they can't forget to defend 'normal' football, and 2) they need to be careful that they can combat any other defense that tries the same tactics they implore to stop the likes of the Seahawks who they will face twice this season. Of course the team has to face Washington as well.. and who knows what other team may try and throw it into the mix.
