4 new coaches official

The 49ers have officially announced 4 changes to their coaching staff.…

The team has officially signed Steve Wilks as their new defensive coordinator, Klint Kubiak as the offensive passing game specialist, Jacob Webster as the defensive quality control coach, and Max Molz as the coaching operations assistant. These additions to the 49ers' coaching staff bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the team, and fans are excited to see how they will impact the team's performance on the field.

Steve Wilks is a veteran coach with over 25 years of experience in the NFL. He has previously served as a defensive coordinator for the Carolina Panthers and the Arizona Cardinals, and was most recently the defensive backs coach for the Cleveland Browns. Wilks has a proven track record of developing strong defensive schemes and getting the best out of his players. His expertise in defensive strategy and his ability to develop young talent will be a valuable asset to the 49ers.

Klint Kubiak comes to the 49ers from the Broncos and Vikings. Kubiak is the son of former NFL head coach Gary Kubiak, and has been mentored by some of the best offensive minds in the game. His brother Klay is already on the 49ers staff. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the passing game to the 49ers, and will work closely with head coach Kyle Shanahan to develop the team's offensive strategy. The Shanahans and Kubiak families are very closely linked in the NFL history.

Jacob Webster joins the 49ers as the defensive quality control coach, a role he previously held with the Tennessee Titans. Webster's primary responsibility will be to assist Wilks in developing the team's defensive strategy and helping to implement it on the field. He brings a strong understanding of defensive concepts and techniques, and will be a valuable asset in preparing the team for each game.

Max Molz will serve as the coaching operations assistant for the 49ers, providing administrative support to the coaching staff. He comes to the team from the University of Notre Dame, where he served as the assistant director of football operations. Molz's attention to detail and organizational skills will help to ensure that the coaching staff can focus on developing the team and achieving their goals.

Overall, the addition of these four coaches to the 49ers' coaching staff is a significant step forward for the team. With their wealth of experience and expertise, they will be instrumental in helping the 49ers to achieve their goals in the upcoming season. Fans are eagerly anticipating the start of the 2023 NFL season, and are excited to see what this talented coaching staff will be able to accomplish on the field.
