Colin Kaepernick wasted no time after the Super Bowl to begin his offseason workout regimen, but Jim Harbaugh wants him to watch the bulk.
If Harbaugh is warning Kaepernick not to get too bulky, he's obviously thinking that Kaepernick will have to balance between speed, absorbing hits and his throwing motion. I'm not too concerned that the trainers Kaeprnick is working with would put him in a bad situation in that respect - but I do wonder... why not work out in SF? It would make it far easier on all the players who want to work along side him.
