The 49ers two biggest injuries likely came on their offensive line. Derrick Deese had to leave the game after aggravating a left ankle sprain. Deese’s absence was certainly felt. In overtime, Jeremy Newberry broke a finger on his snapping hand that may prevent the 49ers from using the shot gun. The injury is similar to what he suffered earlier this season. Deese is questionable, and Newberry probable for Monday night.

Matt Willig a backup offensive lineman is probable with a stinger. Willig was in and out of the game after suffering the injury.

Fullback Fred Beasley suffered an ankle and groin injury but is probable for Monday night.

John Keith sprained his left shoulder but is also probable for the Monday night affair.

The 49ers are hoping to get Jamie Winborn, the team’s backup linebacker back on to the field this Monday. Fellow linebacker Jamie Winborn still seems a ways off as does safety Zack Bronson.

The 49ers were hoping to be getting healthier by now, but unfortunately it does not seem to be the case. Instead the 49ers continue to get more banged up each week, and don’t seem to be getting much healthier. Thankfully the team has a long week and some rest time to recover.

Talk about it in the 49ers Paradise Forum
