Baalke has officially or unofficially begun his annual smoke and mirrors game. That is to say the team may or may not make a trade, draft any position, use all their draft picks, or who knows what. If I was really digging and reading between the lines, it would be reasonably to believe the 49ers won't use all 13 picks, that they will likely bank some for next year, and that they are more likely to trade back then up because of the pools of talent and the likeliness that there's a player available that they want.
