It will be interesting to see how the 49ers’ offense adapts with Colin Kaepernick at the controls. That’s because Kaepernick has never really distributed the ball to a second wide receiver.

Over the past few weeks, and this one one in particular, Kaepernick has taken strides as a quarterback. He is more accurate, and reading defenses better. He sill is not really working his way through his progressions though. The target is pretty much determined as he sits at the line of scrimmage. Dan Marino made a living off of that type of reading defenses, but the 49ers are different, and Kaepernick either by design, or by read will have to learn to use all his weapons which should really make the 49ers hard to digest for opponents.
