While the 49ers will be losing on defensive player to injury, in Zack Bronson this week, the team will likely gain another back from injury in Jeff Ulbrich. Ulbrich is listed as probable having rehabilitated quite quickly from ACL and MCL injuries. While he likely won’t see a ton of time in the game, the 49ers will expect him to play - he will then have the bye week to recover for the Rams game.

While Ulbrich is returning, and Bronson is ruled as doubtful the game the 49ers running back, and ace special teamer is out for the game. Mat Willig who had an arthroscopic procedure on his leg last week is doubtful for the game too.

Cornerback Jimmy Williams and backup guard Eric Heitmann are both probable for the game. They will help make up for the losses the team will suffer with other players out of the line up. The 49ers are certainly looking forward to their bye week, when they can really
