Minor Injuries
May 31 2002
By Bryan Hersh of 49ers Paradise
There were still no significant injuries to 49ers players in this mini-camp, made public. But the team did suffer its first injury to the starting line up. Jason Webster missed practice time with a tweaked hamstring. Although the injury is not threatening, Webster will rest to prevent the injury from becoming a re-occurring problem.

Cederick Wilson, a receiver drafted last season, also suffered an injury. Wilson hurt his thigh with what appears to be a stinger. Wilson has been icing the injury, his injury is also considered non-threatening.

Both players are on a day-day medical report, and will return to practicing with the club as soon as it is safe to do so. The team hopes to have them back by next weeks camp at the latest.
